The Art of Facilitation
Build confidence. Grow your skills. Lead engaging group experiences.
This in-person programme is your introduction to the key principles of experiential facilitation.
It’s designed to give you the practical tools, mindset, and confidence to lead engaging, inclusive, and purposeful group sessions.
Learn by doing, not just listening.
Facilitation is about energy, presence, and holding space. It can’t be learnt from a handbook alone. This is an immersive, in-person experience where you’ll practice, reflect, and experiment in real time.
With a mix of indoor and outdoor learning, this programme gives you space to explore your style, test your ideas, and grow your confidence.
